General characteristics

SMART PU HYBRID is a hybrid (acrylic polyurethane) new technology spreadable elastomeric sealant. It is ideal for roofs, gutters, planters, irrigation canals, etc. It forms a 100% moisture-resistant elastic membrane, offering top protection from stagnant water. Provides excellent adhesion, bridges cracks and joints and withstands extreme weather conditions from -20 to 80 ° C. It hardens and gains passability quickly, without sticking, preventing the deposition of pollutants. It has high reflectivity and contributes to energy savings for cooling.
