It is sometimes confused with mold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reasons:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use of inappropriate or low-quality paint<\/li>\n<li>Environmental reasons: Exhaust gases, dust in the atmosphere which settles on the external walls<\/li>\n<li>Using a porous paint on surfaces exposed to dust or mud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clean the surface thoroughly.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If no repainting is needed, cleaning the surface is enough to make your wall shine again.<\/li>\n<li>In case of repainting, sand the surface and clean it well.
